SOC Staff will continue to assist families remotely Monday through Friday from 9am – 5pm. For in-person assistance, walk-in office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11am – 3pm. We encourage families to schedule an appointment. You can now select the assigned in-person appointment day with your language preference.

Serving Our Children Office Policy

To ensure the safety of SOC Staff and Families during the Covid 19 pandemic,  please adhere to new office policy.

1.  Families with appointments will be seen first, then walk-ins.
2. Parents must sign-in before the start of your appointment for contact tracing
3. The conference room will be the meeting room for in-office meetings.
4. Please refer to the Document Library for the list of required documents needed to complete your D.C.OSP Application.
5. If you are experiencing cold-like symptoms, it is recommended that you reschedule your appointment. If you must adhere to your appointment, we encourage all  parents to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer upon entry into the SOC Office. Masks and sanitizer are available if requested.
