OSP School Placement

• How to Access your SPF via a mobile Device 
  • A PDF that contains the steps for parents/guardians to access their child’s school placement form via the OSP Family Portal.
  • School Placement Forms (SPFs) are only provided to students awarded the scholarship.
  • Parents/Guardians must Print or E-sign the SPF to the school their child has been accepted to by the deadline in order to use the scholarship for the upcoming school year.

  • A PDF list of all OSP private schools with school contact information and grades served.

  • This directory contains comprehensive school profiles on each participating school, a step-by-step guide on how to apply to private school, general admission and testing information and identifies additional financial resources.

  • This guide highlights the navigation of the OSP Parent Portal. In the portal you can create and update the OPS Scholarship Application, Submit Required Documents, Monitor Student Application Status, Update Parent Contact Information, Manage Scholarship Funds, Access the School Placement Form and Complete Serving Our Children Surveys.

Private School Application Fee Subsidy

• Reimbursement form for applications and testing fees 
  • SOC will reimburse families for the cost of up to 5 application/s and/or testing fees per student. The reimbursement also includes the TADS application fee. This form must be completed and submitted with receipts.
